Amir joined TOMIA at the beginning of 2019. He has rich experience in professional and customer facing services and project deliveries, as well as 20 years in leadership roles. Amir leads TOMIA’s Professional Services and Global Delivery teams and is responsible for developing business leading strategies and innovative solutions to meet business demand. He is focused on establishing and continually improving operational customer service strategies, goals, policies and metrics and leads the CSM, ensuring customer satisfaction by continuously measuring it and implementing improvement strategies. Previously Amir held several leadership roles at Telecom software leader Mavenir (previously Comverse), leading the Delivery and Service groups. Amir has an MBA in Business Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
