    Biography

    Christopher joined TOMIA in January 2019, bringing with him more than 16 years of experience in M&A management, due diligence processes, integration of acquired assets, enterprise operations project management and risk mitigation. Christopher is responsible for advising and guiding our own integration processes as well as growth strategies through additional acquisitions. Before coming to TOMIA, Christopher held Senior Consultant and Management positions as Deloitte, where he operated as the lead day-to-day advisor and managed integration teams on asset acquisitions valued in billions of dollars. His hands-on approach included the design and development of reporting dashboards and mobile apps to evaluate value-creation and savings opportunities as well as cost estimates. He also served as an Associate at General Electric, Energy Financial Services (EFS), where he managed investment portfolios in the hundreds of millions of dollars, overseeing every aspect of financial analysis and performance benchmarking. He also has worked at Exxon Mobile and Morgan Stanley. Christopher holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at University of Virginia, and a BA degree in Economics from Williams College in Williamstown, MA.
