David is an experienced network systems and communications software business leader with a proven track record of driving profitable growth.  Prior to joining TOMIA in June 2022, David was CEO of Incognito Software, CEO of Velocix and previously held executive management positions at Amdocs, Bridgewater Systems, Oracle and MetaSolv Software.
